<p>No, you’ll be treated the same as in-state applicants.</p>
<p>I’ve also heard it is not more difficult, main concern out of staters should probably have that in-staters advantage of is need base financial aid.</p>
<p>Nice, I’m glad I won’t be at a disadvantage being OOS. UIUC is my top choice along with U of M.</p>
