From what I've read, Cal only accepts about 10% of its undergrads from out of state, and I've also heard that its tougher for these people to get in. Anyone know how good of a chance these numbers would give me?

Oh, and I'm going into my senior year of high school next year.

White Male
Class Rank: 1 out of 125
Residency: Out of State (Massachusetts)
GPA: 4.5 W, pretty sure it's a 4.0 UW
SAT: 2080 (730 V, 630 M, 720 W)
ACT: 33 (35 R, 34 M, 33 W, 31 S)

(I'm going to use my ACT scores in my application, and I'm planning on taking at least two SAT subject tests, most likely Math II and maybe Bio or US History)

I took AP US History in my junior year, but I haven't received my scores yet, and I'm taking AP English Lit, AP US Gov, and AP Spanish my senior year.

I also will have been the Drum Major of my school's marching band for 4 years, and our band has won numerous titles, including State Champs in our division. I've also won outstanding drum major awards, both regionally and at a national competition in Virginia.

I've been the class president for 4 years (well 5 counting 8th grade :P), I'm the Vice President of our school's chapter of the National Honor Society, and I'm involved extensively with the music program at the school, playing the bass guitar in both Jazz and Pep band and playing percussion/piano in the concert band.

Any comments and suggestions would be great appreciated!
