Out of Tension--Positives of SAT

I just want everyone to write the most interesting critical reading passage s/he had ever read.

Ofcourse do not write the passage but just write what did it talk about.

Please put the difficulty of the questions relating to the passage away from the consideration.

This thread is just to put the tension of the June test away and have some fun.

Beginning with me:

My favourite passage was about napping. I don't remember in which test did it came but I really felt sleepy while reading it and actually I enjoyed it a lot.

I… don’t remember.

I remember I took it a year or so ago and got a passage about some scientific process that I found very engaging and interesting. So much so that I didn’t finish the critical reading section because I was stuck pondering the implications of what was laid out.

Unfortunately I can’t remember it anymore, but it was frighteningly addicting.

moodragonx;
hahaha that is what am talking about

I’ve already heard a reference from the June SAT on ESPN. They were talking about Bryce Harper, the stud catcher that got drafted by the Nats and the scout said that he had already “put his 10,000 hours in”, but he lived an abnormal life and didn’t really go to high school and didn’t get to be a kid.

I think this would be interesting

I can’t seem to remember a single SAT passage now…

The passage can be in a practice test

I saw mine in a practice test

Barrons had two really interesting passages, one about Mickey Mouse’s impact on the world, and one about John Lennon and Bob Dylan. I knew two of the answers to that one just from outside knowledge, hah.

rebeccar;
that seems to be interesting especially the one about Mickey Mouse
