Out of US UC's

^ any comment on that?

Er, extremely difficult? I'd say it's much more self-selective than most of the applicant pools, and the admit rate at Berkeley for internationals was about 10%. Not sure about the other UCs, but I know it's really tough OOC (out of country).

any others with opinions?

International=OOS=extremely tough, especially for UCLA and UCB (think mid-top IL standards).

^^ I'd say international is even tougher than out-of-state.

possibly, I just thought they were evaluated in the same category.

I don't think so. The OOS acceptance rate is about 20% (and that's self-selective); the OOC acceptance rate is about 10% (that's self-selective, too). Generally, internationals are going to have a very, very tough time.

unless they're Calfornian.. rite?

If they're internationals, then they aren't Californian. If they aren't a permanent resident, then they're considered an international, whether they live in CA or not.
