Overall Chances?

I'm a senior at a school in Asia (but have an U.S. passport). What do you think (overall) about the following?

GPA: 3.2/3.3
SAT: will retake, but right now it's around 2100 (especially high in writing)
SATIIs: 770 and one more to be taken
i might take the TOEFL since English isn't my first language...from what my counselor tells me, I can score very well on that

AP/IB classes taken:
--junior year: IBHL/AP English Year I, IBSL Psychology, IBSL Math Studies
--senior year: IBHL/AP English Year 2, IBHL Psychology, AP Statistics

extracurriculars:
--1 year member and three year chairperson position at service club (the biggest & oldest in our school)
--current member of toastmasters' international
--2 summers internship (before junior and senior year)
--ongoing tutoring since sophomore year
--1 year officer position in my sophomore year in AARF (club to save stray animals in our community)
--two service awards won (Prudential Award & our school's Service Award)
--heading an AIDS-awareness program in 9th and 10th grade
--current member of my school's hurricane katrina relief program

bump post...please help =)

What's your target? Your stats are great and EC's look decent.
But your GPA looks weak. Is it because your school is full of high
performers and it grades like the University of Chicago?

Where do you want to be in the U.S.? If you want to be in CA,
which is the closest for you, my suggestion is to move here
and attend a good community college. That can track you to a
top tier UC.

Otherwise, your best bets are Tier 2 private colleges which will
be very happy get your money.
