Overall High School Career(up to this point) good enough?

Hello everyone, long time reader, first time poster.

Currently I'm a junior at top 100 ranked High School(55th, but NOT a magnet school or anything like that and it's a public school) after transferring from a different school in a different state over the summer.

My GPA is anything but good as it stands at 2.8 (UW) and 3.3 (W) I can get about a 2000 on my SAT.
-My first 2 years of high school (Before I moved) I took all Honors classes, and AP Government. Also, I was in a scholars program at the school (only 30 out of 300 students were accepted)
MY EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AT OLD SCHOOL:
-School Secretary
-Head Election Judge of County Voting
-State Delegate representing the school
-2 Years of Lacrosse
-Founder/President of Junior States of America (the school's chapter)
-2 years on school newspaper staff (1 year as Staff Writer, next year as Business Manager)
-2 Years in Key Club
-2 Years in Leo Club
-PEAC Scholar (Program I talked about above)
-President of Green Team (Environmental Club)

When moving to my new school, I was forced to register late and all AP classes were filled up so I ended up with an average strength of schedule, but hopefully my first two years of rigorous classes will show colleges I challenge myself. I'm planning on taking 3 APs next year to give me 4 in total to revamp my strength of schedule.

Since I've been to my new school I have done my best to be as involved as possible but obviously they do not have the same clubs as in my last school

ECs in new school:
-Founder of Sports Crazies (club)
-Treasurer of South Asian Student Association
-Member of Key Club
-Lead Member in Model Judiciary
-Member of DECA (Marketing club)
-Staff Writer in the school News magazine
-Assistant Coach of Special Olympics Basketball team
-Member of Model UN
-Varsity Lacrosse

Outside of School ECs:
-Founder and CEO of small company (run by myself, income of about $1000 a month)
-Leader of Financial Sector in Young Maryland Democrats (I am an Independent)
-Junior Events Director at AIMS India (Organization that helps kids in small Indian villages)
-Intern at University of Maryland Agricultural Department
-Member of Nation Youth Association
-Adventures in Science (Science club sponsored by University of Maryland College Park)
-Youth Elections Field Director for Maryland Politician
-Sports Business Program at Columbia University

IMPORTANT NOTE: Recently (December 2010) I was diagnosed with mild to moderate nerve hearing loss. The Ear Nose Throat Specialist suspects I've had this for a while now and just now finding out. She says my hearing is similar to a "normal" person going about there everyday life with sponge ear plugs in there ears. I will be getting hearing aids later in the year. I not a person who makes excuses but I find myself seated in the back of many classes before knowing of my diagnosis so I am thinking that might be the reason for the sub-par GPA because I am not a "stupid" person.

Okay now that you know ALL of that(thanks for reading it, I understand it's a lot) I want to know more about my college future.

Obviously I'm not going to be applying to the Ivys and the Stanfords of the country but I want to go to a good school. Geographical location does not matter at all to me.
I want to major in Business Management or Business Marketing

Schools I really want to go to are:
Indiana University( I'm applying early decision)
University of Oregon
University of Missouri
Michigan State University
UMass
Virginia Tech (In-State)
Arizona State
University of Arizona
Texas A&M
University of Kansas

What are my chances at these colleges and are there any other colleges you think I have a chance of getting into?

Thanks for all your help :)
