<p>If you sent in part 1, you were overcharged, so you should call them. Here is the info from the official website:</p>

Part I Application: $10
Part II Application (if Part I was filed): $40
Part II Application (if Part I was not filed): $65</p>
<p>Discount applies only if Part 1 was submitted before October 15 I believe.
However, the $75 isn't right anyway, so you need to call and get that corrected.
Maybe you were charged the $65, if your Part 1 arrived after Oct 15 and the $10 you paid was disregarded.</p>
