<p>Aww...that's kinda mean. But sometimes the best applicants aren't accepted and lower stats applicants get in. If she has something unique about her or if her essays were great she has a decent shot. Besides if she doesn't apply her chance of getting in is a guaranteed 0% and at least she won't always wonder about what could have happened.</p>
