i will be going to. prob the last date. i would say stay close to campus in a hotel...i mean unless you have a friend there. then somehow they can sneak you in most likely. and then i would just make sure you go to the open houses but also go to like the buildings. if they offer tours in your field do them too. maybe sit in on a class. i am sure they dont mind.
they admitted you and therefore want you there. if you tell them you need to get a sense of the school they will make sure you get that sense. TRUST ME.

You can contact the admissions office and they will set up a class for you to sit in on...in a subject that interests you. And while it's true that they do not facilitate any overnights, you can e-mail a current student and stay with them, without any problems. I'm currently an Emory freshman and a campus tour guide, so if you have any more specific questions, please feel free to PM me! If you take a tour when you visit, those guides will be able to suggest specific things you can do...because of events going on that specific day.

This should be pretty helpful: http://www.emory.edu/ADMISSIONS/Decisions/admitted-students/spring_visits.htm

Oh and also, the above page doesn't mention it, but the "information sessions" during April will all include a student panel of 4 or 5 students ready to answer ANY questions! I'll be one of those students. :)

Oh and oooone more quick thing (what can I say? I LOVE to help)...you should be recieving a phone call within a week or two from a current student, who will both congratulate you and ask if you have any questions!

All of my other schools have done overnights. It is really hard to come to a visit from thousands of miles away, alone because it's so expensive, and not be able to stay at the school. Lots of hotels won't register a single guest under age 21 or without a credit card.

Is there ANY way to get an overnight?

PM someone.
