Hi, I'm a high school senior and am interested at visiting cornell overnight to ecide if ED is right for me. I looked at the school's website and it talks about the Red Carpet Society which sounds great but it says that registration is already closed.

Does that mean it hasn't opened yet for the fall or that they are not accepting anymore students for the fall? Thanks for the help.

I got a letter inviting me to one of these visits hosted by the red carpet society today. They'll drive me up there and feed me for 2 days for $115. If you live in northern NJ area you can PM me for the coordinators emails if you're interested.

alright, also there is this program called the multicultural visitation program, usually running in october. in this program, which you apply to by listing sat scores and the such allows you to spend 3 days at cornell with a current student. i am a freshman at cornell and will definitely be hosting for this year's program. you could probably go on the website and type in multicultural visitation program in the search bar (although, there might not be a link to it this early!)

in not from NJ, so i prolly can't go on that trip which sounds like a great opportunity. The multicultural visitation program sounds really interesting and i had never heard of it before but i think i'm going to try to do that one.

does anyone know how selective the program is or if it's just first come first serve? thanks for all the help.
