i searched the site, couldnt find any info... does georgetown even offer this option? Anyone here done it? Wanna tell about it ? :)

Yeah only for accepted students though. If you get in there are GAAP weekends which are basically weekends where you come and stay and we convince you to come to georgetown. You'll get to stay with a student and probably get wasted with them, and then do some programs, maybe go to a basketball game. Do it if you can, people seem to really like it. It's probably what you're looking for.

Lol, you don't seem too supportive of it.

For minority students there's also Hoya Saxa weekend in April, where GU brings you down for a weekend to stay with students and watch a cultural show. That is selective though, only 50 students (they choose I believe) and for accepted students. =]

ok cool i'll keep my eyes open for those GAAP weekends..are these the same thing as the open house (sometime in march..)for accepted ea students?

yeah they are. the first one (march 30-31) is for accepted EA only since the RD applicants are probably just finding out about then. And there are two more to follow in april for the rest of the accepted students =]

ok thanks. i was already gonna go to that one but i woanted to see if i could also go anytime soon haha
