overnights???

can you do overnights with students at neu to get a better feel of the school?

I wondered this too, so I emailed admissions.
I just got the reply:

Thank you for your inquiry. Give me a call and we can talk about your visit options. There is not much time left so please get back to me at your earliest convenience. You can reach me at xxx-xxx-xxxx, Monday - Friday from 8:30 to 4:30p.m.

Best Regards,

I will probably call, but I kind of resent being made to feel like I asked so last minute and was an inconvenience... I just found out I got in, how was I supposed to do it earlier? There should be info on the website.

hopeful, not sure you're aware of this, but the semester ends in just a few weeks at Northeastern (end of April) and actual classes end on April 18th. So, yeah, realistically that isn't much time...Overnights could be quite an inconvenience for students who need to study for finals, pack up to move off campus, etc. during these last few weeks. Most students who do overnights try to do them before they are admitted, not during finals. OTOH, it sounds like admissions is trying to be very accommodating and I wouldn't be surprised at all if they come through for you. Good luck!

weird when i emailed them they said that they dont do overnights at all

I have no idea what NEU's policy is concerning overnights but was talking more about scheduling overnight visits in general; often schools require you to schedule them weeks in advance.
