<p>UCLA is one of the most hyped schools in California mostly due to their athletics.</p>
<p>I find SD underrated, because a lot of people consider it the UCLA/UCB reject school while UCSD bio majors are actually supposed to be better than LA’s and MAYBE UCB. The original poster who made this thread must be out of his mind if he thinks SB is just right(since it’s prob the most underrated UC because of its reputation)</p>

<p>I say UCLA and UCI are overrated because they tend to inflate their egos too much. </p>
<p>For instance:
The groom of the last wedding banquet that I went to was an UCLA alumni (EE).
He had an UCLA alumni only sitting section for their banquet and a regular sitting section for the rest of the people.</p>
<p>Overrated: UCLA (because of its sports program)</p>
<p>Underrated: UCSD (people call it the reject school for UCLA and UCB but in fact, some people – especially engineering and bio majors – chose UCSD over those two schools)</p>
<p>Just Right: UCB, UCD (maybe underrated sometimes)</p>
<p>Overrated: UCLA, to some degree UCSD, yes some say its a Cal reject school, but people think its more on the side of Cal/LA then the mid tiers. I believe its barely over the mid tiers, not including BioE.
