Talk about an interesting start to the day! I was supposed to arrive at my testing centre at 7.45, and I woke up at exactly 7.42. I got up, put my contacts in, and ran out the door. I still managed to get there in time to take my Subject Test, mostly because of the area I'm in- a couple hundred people were in my room alone, so it always takes extra time to get everyone checked in. Still, I was SO shaken driving to the test and I had a pretty difficult time concentrating. Oy vey!

...that's a pretty huge room. How many proctors do you have for that? Sounds pretty condusive for cheating.

Six proctors. This is a public school cafeteria in one of the most populated school sytems in the US (I believe), so I think it could seat about 400, maybe a little less. What annoyed me to no end was that there is only one angle where the clock can be seen from, because the room is so large and lined with vending machines.

I kind of like the big rooms. In 7th and 8th grade I took the test in classrooms, and I think taking it in a cafetria is less nervewrecking.

I took mine last year at a medium sized lecture hall... it was fun
