<p>I have a small hobby where I sell shirts to friends, family, people I know, but it's nothing big at all.</p>
<p>I was wondering, if I expanded this hobby into a small business, grossing $10K, $25k a year, would that be a HUGE hook to colleges? I hope to go into the finance field, and hopefully attend a top business school.</p>

<p>I have a friend who owns a business and in his business, he works intensively for one week but gets $65k from just 1 week of hard work… and chooses when he wants to work or not.</p>

<p>Yes. Colleges will definitely be impressed if you do that. It’s also just a good idea anyway if you’re planning to go into the business field so that you get the experience to help you in the long run. Do you have a website?</p>
<p>No I don’t have a website, like I said, it’s only a small hobby right now. I’ve made… maybe 30 shirts for friends and family, but I really am planning on starting a business out of this hobby in the next few months.</p>
