Is anyone applying for this summer? Or has gone before? I was looking at the Oxford Tradition and the Cambridge Tradition, but I'm not really sure how good they'll be. (Especially since there are a lot of other programs, like the one offered by Oxford Royale.)

But I'm really interested in it and was hoping for some advice.

I went on the Cambridge Tradition last summer (the summer after my sophomore year) and absolutely loved it. I can't recommend it enough. Let me know if you have specific questions.

Hey, I got accepted and will probably go on Oxford Trad. this summer, do you have any special tips or suggestions about the programs in general? As in, general quality, the strictness, the contingent of people who go there, etc?

I went to Oxtrad 09 and it was great! The program’s not too strict (u have to be back in the college by 11, that’s a must, but nobody’s too strict on the curfew), and is generally real relaxed, the colleges used are great places to be, especially Oriel. People there are absolutely fantastic, made some great friends back there. Go there, u’ll love it. As for the education, it depends on what courses u choose. Law&Society major is kinda boring, but I heard Business or Politics&Economics is great, and Speech&Debate is mos def the BEST minor. They arent too hard on academics tho, if u want to spend ur summer studying, go somewhere else.
