Oxford chances for an American Student?

After looking through lots of great schools, I'd thought I'd take a chance and apply to Oxford for their biological sciences program (30% acceptance, 111 seats, although chances are likely lower because I'm international coming from America)
The relevant subjects required are only mathematics and biology, although Oxford requires at least 3 AP 5's or 3 SAT II's 700 or better in these subjects, or any combination of them. Additionally they need an ACT of at least 32 and an SAT of 2100

Here's my current stats

SAT- 2320 in a single setting (750 Reading, 790 Math, 780 Writing), (2350 superscored)
SAT II- 760-Biology E, 770- Math 2, 750- U.S History, 730 Biology M
ACT- 35 Composite (36 English, 35 Math, 34 Reading, 36 Science)
AP- 5's- US History, Language and Composition, World History
4's- Biology, Calc AB (This is what may hold me back)

My predicted grades (part of the UK system), according to my counselor, are as follows

AP Chem (predicted 5)
AP Statistics (predicted 5)
AP Literature (predicted 5)
AP US Gov and Politics (predicted 5)
AP Psych (predicted 5)

I've been assigned to Lady Margret Hall, and I think I interview well.

Do I have a realistic chance?

Interesting that you decided to apply after all!

Mostly, I stand over my earlier thoughts from when you were thinking about applying.

The standardized test scores are basically a hurdle- a minimum. If you get the offer of an interview in December you will know that you have met that, and then all bets are off.

You may fancy your interview skills, but…this is not actually an “interview”. It is more like a cross between an oral exam and a mini-tutorial, where the tutors (professors) who will be teaching you ask you questions and set you problems to see how you think, how you learn, and how suited you are to both the subject - as it is taught at Oxford!- and the tutorial format. They want students who are passionate about their subject and show great ability and motivation.

If you get an offer, it will be almost certainly conditional on a 5 in AP Chem.
