<p>It's worrying. I thought Singaporean students usually chewed up and digested "Western" (e.g. the SAT) aptitude tests without experiencing the slightest indigestion. Why was it so tricky? </p>

<p>Hmm TSA was more like an IQ test than a normal examination. I would say Singaporean students are pretty good at aptitude tests that are based on academics, but TSA was more critical thinking and analysis. Personally I thought the essay part was more taxing because we only had 30 minutes to write a cogent, well-analysed and balanced essay. If you find the essay for SAT hard, this is worse. </p>

<p>Does anybody know if people in India have to take tests/interviews? The Oxford Admissions Office said that they are only for 2nd undergrad degrees...but I see a lot of you here have scheduled interviews etc.</p>
