Oxford Interviewees Thread!

I can only imagine the other people who've received results as of recent. (I imagine at least some people from CC applied...)

Shortlisted... Oh my.
Subject: Chemistry
College: St Hugh's
Emotions: Made my week. No. Month. I got moved from the first, so it was doubly tense.
-_- Now I am just nervous for the interview.

A question: are you guys going to fly, or try going by Telephone/Skype and chancing w/ no interview? And the interviewing procedure's going to slaughter me.

Congrats! I’ve been invited for an interview as well!
Subject: Oriental Studies (Chinese)
College: Pembroke
Emotions: SO nervous! It’s coming up fast!

I’m interviewing over Skype. Are you flying?

I had wanted to fly but the fees were 0_o

i’ll have to do the skype interview. Don’t care if it’s at 2am or whatever. ^^l

Just wanna wish you guys “good luck.”

Interviewed some years ago at Trinity, Cambridge. That interview was brutal…

Oxbridge interviews could be brutal, yes. And if somebody applies to the mother of all colleges…well…the chances of getting accepted to Oxbridge are very low, needless to say. But if one applies to the richest and most prestigious Oxbridge college, well, the low chances are just getting even worst. Of course, for some, it worth the risk, sure

And at the end, the focus of employers will be that you actually went Oxbridge - regardless that which college you were a member of.
