What does the acceptance letter look like (big package/letter/etc)?</p>
<p>like a 10 by 12 package with 2 envelopes one with the letter and housing info and another about financial aid</p>

I’m assuming it’ll take a couple of days for responses to trickle down to the south, but hopefully I’ll recieve good news! I was on the fence about Oxy after reading quebueno’s posts but the feedback others have given on the matter has definitely reassured me</p>

<p>I’m international-ish. I live overseas but I’m a US citizen. I was hoping they’d email me but it seems they email international students on the 24th so I’m almost afraid they’re snail mailing my decision to me…
Kind of freaking out as snail mail could take months to get to me (took almost 2 months for a letter from Muhlenberg to arrive in China…)</p>
<p>@indygee - you should just call or email admissions and tell them it takes 2 months to get mail. </p>
<p>I’m in Northern Calif Bay Area and nothing came in the mail yesterday. Today’s gotta be the day. Out of the 7 colleges I applied to I’ve heard from 5 and gotten into 4 of those five, two of which only had around 30% acceptance rate but neither are super uber elite so I just don’t know where I stand with Oxy. Come on mail-lady!!!</p>

<p>My D was accepted today, with a 12,500 trustee scholarship. We live in NJ and weren’t sure it would come today, so we are relieved and happy.</p>
