<p>hey.. i've noticed that Oxy has several merit scholarships that aren't based on need..</p>
<p>does anyone know what qualifies an applicant for any of these scholarships? is it something very quantitative like a certain GPA and SAT score, or is it more selective and extracurricular-based?</p>
