<p>I am trying to search for a PE class at UCSD for my first quarter but I can't see any on the schedule of classes, the only I saw was from the ucsd recreation but it seems like it doesn't count for any unit credits at all? Is that correct?</p>
<p>As far as I know there are no “PE” classes at ucsd. However, there are dance classes that you can take from the Theater and Dance department for credit. As far as regular recreation classes your going to have a take them at RIMAC or main gym for no credit.</p>
<p>Yeah there aren’t any traditional PE classes like you’re thinking where you get credit. Just rec classes which are for fun.</p>
<p>There are plenty of recreational classes at UCSD that you can sign up for a fee.
