I love bowling, and I know that two P.E. classes are required at Cornell (which, I'm happy to say, I will be attending). My question is this: can one of those classes be bowling? Anyone know / have any experience with bowling on campus? Thanks!!

two of those classes can be bowling.

I'm a parent and long-ago Cornell alum.

In my time, we had to take two years of PE, and I took bowling more than once. It was a great choice. The bowling lanes are in Helen Newman Hall, which is in North Campus -- very convenient. And you don't have to change your clothes or shower, which saves time.

In my day, the bowling pro was really good, too. We actually learned a lot. I can still outbowl my husband and a lot of other men, which is really cool.

Sweet. I'll be at Cornell next year, you will find me in the bowling alley. How late is open untill? Is it free for student? For Bowling team students? Is there a bowling team?

It's not free for students.

How much does it cost, I need to do a high volume of bowling. Is there a way for it to be free? Thanks

same here.. i loooove bowling..that's why I started this thread [hehe]

have to ship my bowling ball from california !!

I'm no good, it's probably like 130 if I'm practicing. You play poker too King? We need to get that going for sure.
