P/NC multiple classes

I am extending my undergraduate studies so that I can finish my double major as a 5th year student. Since I have extra slack time, I wanted to take some extra courses that are 'for pleasure' -- ones that don't pertain to my major, but things that I am interested in.

The teachers are tough, though, and would surely lower my GPA, so I want to either P/NC (pass/no credit) the classes or drop them altogether while attending lectures.

I want to make the best decision so that I do not mess my chances for getting into b-school in the future.
Do admissions officers see P/NC's on the transcript and automatically think "hmm... he went out of his way to learn more while he was still in school" or "he P/NC'd the classes because they were too hard. Well he won't hack it here"?

If I drop the two classes I am taking this semester, I will only be registered for 4 which might also give the impression that I did not do much in my last semester.

What do you think I should do?
