Haha, any HS juniors on here like me that are enthralled by all things Princeton? I saw the sort of bonding that 2009 kids did and thought it was really cool. =) Right now I'm trying really hard to get my SATs in top shape and I'm attempting the ACT in april, not sure how that will go.

Right now I'm really interested in Notre Dame, Northwestern, and my good old state schools consisting of University of Texas (don't hate, Austin is amazingly fun- the live music scene is fabulous), Rice (so its not an easy one to get in to, but I want to go out of state!) and my parents are making me look at Texas A&M. Grr.. don't want to be an Aggie. As my friend put it while talking about A&M "Anyone with a pulse can get in there." Haha.

Princeton really has fascinated me so far. Neurotically getting myself together for application time...

butterfly- same, another potential '10er here. I'm still in the very early stages of the college search, but I have to say, Princeton does sound pretty awesome.

I've been obsessed with the idea of Princeton since... maybe 8th grade? I guess that's a little early to start looking at specific colleges but it has helped me stay focused on my academic goals throughout high school.

My current plan is to apply to Princeton ED. I'm also looking at MIT, Caltech, Yale, Duke, and University of Florida (basically free for me to go to UF because of the "Bright Futures" scholarship).

As far as tests go, I got a 1520 on the Jan SAT but I'm definitely going to be taking the new one in May. What killed my score was the verbal analogies (I missed nearly 1/3 of them) which will not be on the new version of the test. In June I'll probably take my SAT IIs in Math II, Literature, Chemistry, and/or US History.

Another 2010 hopeful here! I became really interested in Princeton early freshman year, and have been thereafter. Similarly, it has helped to motivate me to meet my academic goals.
