@portercat - yes…IUP has dropped as have just about all of the passhe schools. Interestingly enough…in the Time/Money ratings…Bloomsburg university is rated at 167 of the best colleges/ROI in the country. I like these ratings better than the us news world report as I believe the criteria is more defined.
