Mr Moore, I was wondering if you had the statistics for the newly selected PA students? I know statistics for the previous year are on the Ross website. (i.e ECs GPA SAT scores etc.)

With 2300 apps for 100 spots, I bet the stats are going to be pretty impressive.

It was pretty crazy high as you might expect for a program that admits less than 10% of its applicants. Don't use these numbers as predictors for next year because the size of the admitted class could change. And the program continues to evolve in many different ways. I just enjoy these numbers as an indication of the overall quality of the class.

The following is all for the DENIED group: average SAT was 1370; avg ACT was 30; avg Math SAT was 710; avg Math ACT was 30; avg unweighted academic GPA was 3.8. This is a pretty high quality group of students right here.

When the class has mostly matriculated, then I will write a blog entry on the statistics for those students.

what is this blog you speak of?

rossbba.blogspot.com

thanks =)

1370/1600:S ?

What happened to the WRITING Section?

Many colleges rightfully dismiss the writing section as less important. One's ability to write a 5-paragraph essay on some random topic in 25 minutes isn't extremely telling of one's future success in college courses. I'm not saying that's why he didn't include it there, but it's certainly a possibility.
