@mims19 Chat session info for UF PaCE can be found here:

Hi All. Some new information!!
PaCE students WILL BE ALLOWED to purchase meal plans on the UF campus (and yes, the food is much better than some of us who went to college long ago may remember).
ADDITIONAL new information!!
UF Pace students WILL BE ALLOWED to go to the rec center (by paying an optional fee):
http://www.recsports.ufl.edu/about/membership-services/students/
This also includes Intramural Tournaments and programs. This is a separate fee that PaCE students will have the option of paying if they want. Enjoy!
@UFOnline with this news regarding meal plans, and being able to use the rec center at UF, would the best experience for new PaCE students be living at an off campus dorm/apartment?
@UFOnline I think the Pace program will be wonderful for some students, but is not well suited for all. What can students do if they still hope to be part of the Gator family, but can’t realistically do this through Pace? Is there an appeal process?
Guys please search and join the FB (Facebook) group “PaCE class of 2019 at the University of Florida” if you’re considering this offer!
@thenextstep PaCE students can live anywhere in the world and be a Gator. They just need an internet connection! It is completely up to each PaCE student where they would like to live (I would vote for the beach or Disney - I have season passes, but it may be difficult to get any work done at those locations). It is important to point out that there is no UF housing for PaCE students.
Keep in mind that meal plans/rec center etc (sport tix) are completely optional.
@emmiebells1 All enrollment questions, including any appeals, should go to UF Admissions.
@UFOnline So you’re saying as part of this fee we could also get student-price sport tix?
Now that problem with meals and rec fees have been worked out. Any word on if housing will be guaranteed for incoming PaCe students?
Glory! My daughter lives for intramural Flag Football and basketball, and definitely wants access to the Rec Center. She will be thrilled to be included in these options.
Not incoming PaCe students but housing for PaCe students that transitioned to campus after earning 60 credits and two terms online.
@ET2019 Sorry, at this time there will be no guaranteed housing for PaCE students once they transition to campus.
@MDugg9 No, PaCE students do not have access to student prices for tix. Of course, you can buy tix to sporting events that you wish to attend.
Will transitioning PaCe students be eligible for the housing lottery?
Will the transitioning PaCE students be notified first when applying for on campus housing, like a residential student. Or will PaCE students be bound to off campus housing? Honestly its not going to feel like a ‘transfer’ into UF, if transitioning PaCE students cant get a space into on-campus housing.
Parking decals? If the kids can get on campus for meal plans, rec center, libraries, etc., where can they park?
Hi All. We are looking into the parking on campus and the housing questions. They are great questions and will let you know when we have the information.

@revdocpam Thanks! Yes, these are the chats. You will be able to move from room to room if you would like. More will likely be added. People from each of the Colleges listed will be answering questions. Should be a good (interesting?!) conversation. Please also note the “Pre-Health” chats that are listed.
