Lisa G - I had emailed the theater department about decision dates and they said that notifications would go out after all of the auditions had been done. I believe their last audition was today. Ugh...I didn't realize their acceptance numbers were so low! However, I believe they said at the info session that they would automatically consider people for Theater Studies if they didn't make the audition cut.

My D is also accepted to the school and is waiting to hear.

seashells29....I guess we continue to wait.We had to leave before the info session. I never even considered the theater studies...maybe I will check out the curriculum just incase. They send a lot of mail and I keep thinking it's "THE LETTER". Good luck!!!

Here is a link to a post that Amy did a while back, I will bump as well. I don't know if she is still posting/reading here.

My D studied briefly with Amy a couple summers ago and I can tell you that she changed my D's life (as a person AND as a MT performer), I would say her specialty is teaching students how to get hired! She is a huge asset to Pace and anyone who has the opportunity to work with her is very fortunate.

i really like it and would love to go hear!

the head of the dept is such a nice lady and it seems to be a great program n that everyone is very close and there to help each other reach their goals

The BFA Acting ones will be going out sometime today; some things still need to be finalized. I actually cant tell you how many went out because I just dont know haha

Hilary27 - Did all letters go out on March 27 (both acceptances and rejections or just the acceptances)? Also, do you happen to know whether a student who got accepted to the university but not to the theater program could go in as an undeclared major and reaudition next year?
