1) The only two schools in commuting range from me are Pace University and SUNY Purchase.
2) I would like to transfer into one of these undergraduate psychology programs, but cannot decide between the two.
3) I only need to complete the psychology classes, and nothing else, so the decision is strictly between the psychology programs.
4) I am planning on going to graduate school (psychology, unless I change my mind).

Aside from the large tuition difference, which program is better for me?

If you have any questions just ask.
Any feedback will help with my decision.
Thanks.

I would look at which school provides you with the best opportunity to engage in research before you graduate. Masters programs in Psychology (even clinical ones) have a heavy emphasis on research. Grad schools in LA&S prefer undergrads who have written capstone projects or a senior thesis, or who have engaged in year-long research studies and have had to present and/or publish their results. Talking to a few admissions counselors at grad schools should confirm this.

Also check with the placement office at each school to see the success of their psych grads in getting into graduate school.

All things being equal, Purchase has a good reputation and being in the SUNY system should give you some insight into which of the State Universities have grad programs worth attending. In the end, what you study, research and publish as an psych undergraduate or grad student will be more important than whether you attended Purchase or Pace.

Thanks. It’s great to get another opinion.
I feel the same way about Purchase, and I decided to go there. It’s psychology program is more intense than Pace, according to them. Plus its less than half the cost for me.
