Pace

So I got rejected from UT but got offered the PACE program since I'm top 10%. It sounds promising but I'm still confused if I even get financial aid offers or heck even scholarships or if I qualify for a dorm.

Anyone have any answers?

No one knows much about this as this is the first year it is offered. I thought it sounded intriguing because you can take a course at UT and the other courses at ACC. It seems you can stay on course to graduate with UT as some courses must be taken at UT beginning with the first semester. I say try it out!

My son can’t take courses in his major at ACC unless it is the summer term.

The website says you can live in a private dorm adjacent to UT. Maybe it’s Dobie. Also pace students have access to the wellness center, athletic events, and advisors. You also save money!

Contact UT financial aid office and ask them if you need to send FAFSA to ACC (priority deadline March 15).

If you don’t and your finaid comes from UT then they usually start sending it out after Spring break.
Hurry up.
