Package everything into one and send or 1 by 1?

Does it matter or does it differ by schools?
I'm looking at
Syracuse, NYU, BC, BU, Penn State.

Do my teachers have to send their recommendations personally or can they just give it to my counselor and send everything in one?

Like are there schools that strictly prohibit you from sending everything in one complete package? or schools that will only receive the recommendations from the teacher directly?

It's much better if all the recommendations are included in the counselor's package - fewer chances of things getting lost. Ask your counselor if he or she would organize the information; write down a check list for him or her listing who the recommenders are, and what material is needed besides the counselor's report for each college.

Depends on the school:
The Syracuse form says to have your teacher give the completed rec to the counselor to send in.
The NYU form says the teacher should mail it to NYU (and that you should give the teacher a stamped addressed envelope)

Thank you. It seems as though I will have to look into each schools separately.
