<p>You'll receive an automatic e-mail from the front desk of your dorm with the e-mail address you submitted to URSA with the subject line "Package!"; the package will be stored inside the mail room of your dorm to pick up. You then pick up the package by showing the mail room staff your BruinCard and a print-out of the e-mail message. :rolleyes:</p>
<p>Would that be work the same way for clasp envelope 9x12. I don't know how big or small the mail box is. So anything that does not fit the box, mean you'll get email from the dorm front desk. Is Sproul Hall is the front desk for SV?</p>
<p>Yes, envelopes that are too large for the mailboxes will be treated by the front desk like packages. However, I don't know where Sunset Village residents pick up their mail from. :rolleyes:</p>
