PACT/McDermott?BHP

Hi,I'm currently a high school junior. I want to go into the medical profession and be a surgeon, but for my undergrad purposes was thinking of doing a business major rather than a typical "pre-med" major unless I get into and decide to go with PACT. I'll only be applying to UT and UTD next year, and I have automatic admission into both. But I also want to apply to three programs within these school:
1) UT PACT (Accelerated utd/ utsw program)
2) UTD McDermott scholar
3) UT Business Honors Program
My main question is what are my chances are getting into these? My credentials are:
Sat: 2220 (2230 superscore) (I'll be taking one more to hopefully raise it to a 2250)
ACT: 34
Rank: 14/530
GPA: 4.0
I've taken 10 ap classes up to date (Biology, Chemistry, Physics B, Calculus AB, Statistics, Psychology, Lang, Economics, World History, Human Geo)

E.C:
President in one club and an officer in another
I have made state DECA (business) all three years, internationals the last two years, and made finals this year
I also have made national HOSA competition and that’s later this summer
Medical Exposure: I spent all this last year researching neurosurgery and have been mentoring under the CMO of a county hospital and has ties with UTSW. I have 200 pages of material to prove that. I also have shadowed doctors in India.

What are my chances of getting an interview with each of these programs? because I know BHP is very leadership based, McDermott very rank based, and PACT standardized score based. I should have pretty strong recs, but I’m afraid that my rank and scores will not be good enough.

Oh and I forgot to add that I’ve been doing Indian dance for the last 11 years. I have won two competitions and my choreography has won first at one. Also I have written a 30 page business plan for DECA one year, and that business plan is actually being put into action now. In addition to those three programs do I possibly have a chance at getting into Harvard? Where my dance would be given more weight? Thanks in advance
