Honestly, just list the activities that you spent the most time in. You don’t need to overanalyze. Leadership positions are good! I mean, maybe don’t list that one club that you only participate in once a year, but as for the rest of your activities - go for it. On the Common App you have space to describe the activity (150 characters), so make sure to explain why you do what you do.
