Yes, it means you are ENROLLED; registration (for specific courses) generally comes later.
Check your college website under admissions and see if there is any more information for admitted students. Some colleges list a calender when documents are due such as housing and medical forms. They may also have pdf files for you to download and complete. There may be information regarding any pre college online surveys or courses, (alcohol edu. etc) that need completion, summer reading or writing assignments.
Check also to see if you need to take any placement exams prior to choosing your schedule.
