<p>Nope, you are not required to attend the school to which you paid the deposit. Just call them up and let them know that you will not be attending. Then pay the deposit to the other school. HOWEVER, make sure that this is what you really want. If you pull out of the first school but then later change your mind and want to re-enroll there, I don’t know how kindly they’d take to that.</p>
