<p>Is it possible to change University once the enrollment deposit is made but what happens if it is done before may 1st that is you changed your mind last minute?</p>
<p>Yes. You may lose your deposit, although I think lots of places give it back if you ask before May 1. Also, if you had already told the college you now want to go to that you weren’t going there, make certain they will still let you say yes before you say no to the college where you made a deposit. (Most will.) You don’t want to be left with no college at all!</p>
<p>If you are going to do something, do it today. Don’t wait around.</p>

<p>Not sure what you are asking, theerpu. Before the end of the day tomorrow (long before, if possible) – I would say roughly 4:00 pm EDST, (1) make certain you can still enroll at the college you want (if you ever told them you were going elsewhere), (2) do what you have to do to enroll at that college (accept online, mail the check or pay by credit card, whatever they tell you to do), then (3) call the college you no longer want to go to and tell them that and ask very nicely if they will refund your deposit, and (4) immediately follow up by e-mail to the admissions department of that college.</p>
<p>Do it today if you have made up your mind. It will annoy people if you are calling late tomorrow afternoon, and you may have trouble getting through because of everyone else’s last-minute issues.</p>
<p>No one will get angry at you. This happens. They may not give you your money back (they have a right not to), but they will not “take it out on you”.</p>
