Painting Kitchen Cabinets INSIDE Shelves

When we bought our McM house (alas, mid-century-modest, not “modern”), the original owner used linoleum sheets cut to fit all shelving. As a result, they were still in great shape. I removed it all to start fresh, but thought that wasn’t a bad idea. It lies flat and is a “greener” material than vinyl. I’m guessing that is no longer an inexpensive option, but there are times I’ve seen rolls of vinyl for pennies on the dollar at resale shops (i.e. Restore).

This is Con-Tact brand but non-adhesive. I just put some in the drawers of a new vanity (light maple, too worried about stains or leaks).

Love the drawer with the four utensils and the drawer with the seven nicely-spaced makeup/personal items in your link, @helpingmom40. Clearly not that person’s junk drawer. Maybe buying shelf paper is the key to getting drawers like that?

I have that same shelf stuff but in a cream color.

I put what I had leftover in my junk drawer and I assure you it isn’t!
