Pajama School?

Is W&M one of those colleges where students will go to class in their pajamas or sweats? Thanks!

Not usually...but it's not like UVA where everyone dresses up for class either. I'd say it's in between...people don't really care what you wear here.

Haha! Ew, no PJ's, please. I always think people are so uncooth when they show up to class in PJ's --- jeans, please, at least!

I never noticed UVA students dressing up for class any more so than W&M students.

Anyway, some people go to class in pajamas and sweats, but it's not that common. I always considered it disrespectful to the professor.

Thanks for all the feedback! I have no problem wearing jeans, I just like to know that I won't have to get all dolled up to go to class. I go to an all girls school with uniforms, so I'm not really used to putting in much effort in the morning.

pjs? not really... but I don't claim to know what people wear to 8am classes =P

sweats? sometimes

most guys wear jeans or khakis and a tshirt, girls more or less the same (including skirts). Lots of people roll out of bed and go to class, but they usually change first.
