I've been looking for dormwear - what stores do you guys recommend?

um, any store that has pj's. i really don't use official pj's. i just use any old short i have and a random tank. i had anything that matches as much as pj's do. haha.

I visited some other sites and the ones I saw said that getting breast cancer from sleeping in a bra is a myth, as is that if you wear a bra your breasts won't sag. The exact quote on one site - "According to the American Cancer Society, there is "no scientific or clinical basis" to an Internet rumor that claims that under-wire bras cause breast cancer. So tell your mom that there is no proof that wearing a bra — night or day — has any link to cancer.
"
I see so many articles saying so many common things cause cancer or certain diseases, however almost all of these "studies" aren't backable. As long as one's bra is not tight, it isn't "bad" to sleep in.
And, as I never answered the actual question, I sleep in old clothes that are too big on me. ;P

Eek sleeping with a bra bothers me while i sleep and it feels rather uncomfortable so i never wear it while i'm sleeping.

When i'm sleeping i wear a really big shirt (XL or so) that can be my dress because it's so long... it's comfortable and it's not tight so it doesn't really matter if i'm wearing a bra or not...

Weirdest thing I've read today.

Sleeping in hospital scrubs?

I wear stretch capris and a t-shirt, and I always wear a bra to bed, though just a sportsbra. The only time I don't wear a bra is in the shower.

Hey, the scrubs are super comfy. I'm talking surgical scrubs, not hospital gowns. They're cotton drawstring pants, basically. I really like them, and I know a lot of people here who wear them to bed (but we're all nurses/EMTs/pre-med/scientists here so we've been known to wear scrubs in the daylight hours too.)

quote=UVMLauren

Yeah, that explains everything.

It'd just be odd for someone who isn't in the medical field to have access to and wear such apparel, especially at home. LOL

You can buy scrubs many places, though.

<----still finds it weird that anyone other than those in the medical field would have interest in or wear those.

I agree...

i cant sleep in pants. pj pants always seem to have a long crotch and it bothers me...
