<p>I am from pakistan ,karachi and I want to join MCgill university from 6 semester in undergraduate of computer science as a transfer student .I heard that an international student can pay his tution and fees as the quebec students fees rate if he takes french as minor . Is it true ?</p>
<p>if yes , then if I immedaitely take french as minor after joining the college, then can I pay the tution and fees for that semester and the remaining semester as quebec residents fees rate ??</p>
