Panic disorder / agoraphobia

I suffer from panic disorder and agoraphobia, which makes it incredibly challenging for me to take tests and it somehow affects my performance.

In a room, alone or with a few people I can easily do very well, but once it comes to crowded places, I panic.

I'm on treatment ( therapy + medication) and getting better, but I'm not 100 % already. Problem is, when I took my sats, I wasn't very well and didnt get a good score.

The first time I fainted during the test so I didnt get to finish, and then the other one I got a 1600.

I'm an international applicant and applying mostly to small liberal arts colleges

-bates
-hamilton
-bowdoin
-colgate

I was wondering, should I mention my problem in the application and explain circumstances for such poor SAT results?

That’s probably not a bad idea, however, would it possible to take the test in a smaller setting (eg: Special Needs Testing?) If that is an option, I would suggest going down that road.
