Hello: I took three subject SAT tests in May 2017 (Physics, Chemistry and Math 2). I had registered for Math 2 and by mistake I looked at Math 1 questions and answered them even though I had the entered the Math 2 test code. When I recognized my mistake just before handling the answer sheet, the supervisor at the test center said nothing can be done and I need to submit my answer paper as is and I followed the instructions. Now the test scores are out but my score is not available yet. I have called College Board and waiting for a response from them. I know this is a mistake on my part but has anyone had encountered a similar problem and how it got resolved? Will my Physics and Chemistry scores be released with out Math 2 scores or will they give me 200 on Math 2? Is there any way I can ask College Board to consider my answers for Math 1 by paying for Math 1 subject test now? Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks very much.
The latter, although your math score might be slightly higher as you probably got a couple of questions right just by luck.
You can ask, but the answer will be the same as what you were told at the test center.
Retake the M2 test at a later date and just don’t report the initial score to any colleges (assuming that none of your target colleges require all subject test scores).
Thanks very much skieurope
