Panic, good/bad

wow, wow, wow, wow, wow. I just had my MIT interview, and it was incredible. It lasted 30 minutes longer than it was supposed to, and if I get into Princeton early, I'll feel really bad because my interviewer will be so disapointed. I talked about my activites excitedly, he assured me that I am the perfect fit for MIT, I added even more things to show how I'd fit, and I'm convinced now that I'll get in regular decision if I'm defered from Princeton. I feel bad posting this among everyone, but I can't help it. Like I said earlier, my two good friends both got into MIT, and comparing myself to them, there's no reason i shouldn't. I even asked about them affecting my chances, and he responded MIT would accept both soccer captains and the whole OM team in reference to each of them individually if all are qualified.

Again, i dont want to sound like im bragging, i could easily be rejected, but after a month of thinking about Princeton's decision, I finally have reason to be not so upset if I'm defered.

Good luck to everyone

i...dunnoo...our interviewer of the area gives everyone interviewed a hug and tells them they are in at MIT for sure. EVERY ONE OF THEM.

Every interviewer is pretty enthusiastic...

yeah...i mean its great that your interviewer said that, but my interviewer said the same thing for me...

lol.. same here

i think its an MIT thing- you graduate very happy go lucky

lol my Princeton interviewer said something along the lines of, "ill do everything possible to get you in..." or something like that.

i really showed her that P'ton was THE ONE place i wanted to go to, and that i was in love w/ it since the beginning

pk , u have shown that to us as well...lol

pk: haha...I couldn't imagine YOU doing that... ;)
