panicking Senior! will I get into any colleges?!?

Hello, I am applying to college and am very nervous about getting in or not. I really want to go to a University of some sort, Community College is really not something that I would like to do.
Here are my grade statistics. My GPA out of 4 is 2.8. My ACT composite is 21 and my ACT writing is 8.
I am in a variety of school programs such as... The school newspaper (the X-Ray) which I have been in for three years and have been first a staff writer, then an online editor, and finally I am currently the entertainment editor. We have won countless awards for this paper including many International first place awards.
I am also a member of French Club, and National Art Honor Society.
I have also been present in community service. I have worked with the Salvation Army, Anderson Animal Shelter, and the local food bank.

Now here are the colleges that I am applying to, please tell me my chances of getting accepted into these colleges as well as suggestions to Universities you think I would have a shot at. I live in Illinois so every college outside of it I am applying as a non-resident.

My major is Nursing.

-Arizona State U
-Pace U
-Hawaii Pacific U
-Drexel U
-U of Illinois at Chicago
-UMASS Boston
-West Coast University

I did not get into Mizzou if that helps you see the level that I am at.

Thank you for your help and please only serious answers.

Arizona State U: match
Pace U: high match
Hawaii: match
Drexel: reach
U of Illinois at Chicago: well I would say high match or even just match…you’re in the low end of their ACT, but GPA is not reported. It’s likely
UMASS Boston: low reach. They instate acceptance rate vs. the out of state will either work for or against you.
West Coast: uh… no idea

I don’t know if you still can but if possible try retaking the ACT. a slightly higher score, even a 23 would really bring your chances up and maybe open up a couple of other options to you. But really, don’t stress out too much, colleges look at so much more than just GPA (btw what types of classes did you take, colleges look at level of rigor)

chance me back please: New, Blue and without a clue.

You’re IN at Arizona State. They have like a 99% acceptance rate
