<p>Nope. The online account is just for an online application. The account you made will probably be disabled...we try to discourage people from making up extra accounts because it takes up space on the servers (which can make them slow when loads of people have three and four accounts) and it skews our numbers for accounts created and "unsubmitted" applications.</p>
