Paper mail from MIT

Hi guys. Have any of you received paper mail from MIT?

I recently got something nice from the admissions office. It’s a small booklet with a print version of some of the posts on the admissions blog. I’m not sure if this is through their newsletter, which I’m signed up for and receive monthly emails from, or something through the collegeboard student search service.

I’m not sure if it’s their newsletter because I was under the impression that the newsletter is email only and this the first time I’ve received physical mail, and I’m not sure if it’s the student search service because I thought MIT didn’t use it.

Could someone clear this up for me?

Thanks.

HI, I have not received one but how do you sign up for emails? Did you create a MyMIT account? I’m a sophomore btw.

I got this too and I’m on the newsletter, but my friend who is not on the newsletter got one too so I’m guessing it’s from the PSAT/collegeboard search thing

Also I love/hate your profile picture/name lol

Apple, that’s how I went about it, by creating a MyMIT account. When you are creating the account, I believe it asks you if you want to sign up for the newsletter.

If it is from the student search service, I hope it’s for the SAT and not the PSAT cause my PSAT is no good.

Interstellar is probably the best movie I’ve ever seen.
