Congratulations to all who have received admission offers thus far.

My question: does anyone happen to know if we will be receiving admit packages in the mail, or will this be a completely paperless process? I've already been admitted to UCSB and UCSD and would like to know if I should be expecting anything from them in the mail.

I heard that Davis has already sent out mail packages, but I don’t know whether we’ll be receiving them for SB/SD. I think that Santa Cruz said they will be sending a package, but I haven’t received it from them yet, even though I got in.

if you get accepted you should be getting a package in the mail… for some schools if you get rejected youll only be notified via online, so no rejections in the mail. guess theyre trying everything they can to cut back on expenses

Seeing something in print just makes me feel so much better. I cannot wait to get that big cardinal and gold acceptance package. That would make my life.

Hipp I am with you there…I have not heard from any of the places ive applied and i am very nervous and worried…Cant wait to get something in the mail…especially a big envelope saying Congratulations !!!

UCSD’s should come out in April. I know, I want that one too so I can show it to my family. xD! [:

P.S.-From two years, I’ve realized that they’ve really cut down on their paper usage. LOL. When I applied to UCLA two years ago and got in, I got this big ol’ blue folder with a lot of papers…LOL. Now it’s probably the admissions paper and the little brochure thingy…since the SIR you have to do online! Well, same with the concept that they aren’t mailing out denial letters.

Be patient. I’ve only gotten my UCD one. [:
