My counselor has already uploaded my grades in the commonapp.
Do I need to send official paper transcripts to the uni?
Your school should be sending your transcript. If you send it, it is not official (unless it is signed of the seal etc which I don’t think they do much anymore)…Ask your counselor if the school sent your transcripts, I believe that is what you meant when you said the counselor uploaded the grades - they do this via your transcript.

Yes that is enough, you do not need to send in hard copy. Did you ask your counselor to send a mid-year report? (For the grades just reported for the term that just ended.) They like to see those as well, so verify that is getting sent as well. Good Luck!
